Jeff Sabados is currently co-Founder of a drug development company for anxiety and trauma related disorders, Resilience Therapeutics, based in Boston, MA. Over 40 million Americans suffer from anxiety and an estimated 8 million Americans suffer from PTSD. In fact, PTSD is a major contributor to the suicides of approximately 20 Veterans everyday.
Jeff is an experienced entrepreneur and leader having started two successful early stage companies prior to Resilience Therapeutics that are commercializing disruptive technologies. As co-Founder and CEO of N12 Technologies, he led an advanced materials company that received recognition by the Boston Business Journal as a top ten most disruptive tech startups in Boston. Prior to N12 Technologies, Jeff was co-Founder of C3Nano, a company out of Stanford University that is currently commercializing next-generation transparent electrodes.
In the military, Jeff completed six deployments over eight years. His deployments in Naval Special Warfare included missions as both Platoon Commander and Task Unit Commander and a final tour as a Task Unit Commander where he led and had overall responsibility for 75 Special Operations personnel. For twelve years he served in the Naval Reserve where he was Officer in Charge of a NSW Detachment in New England.
Jeff graduated from the MIT Sloan School of Management where he was awarded the Patrick J. McGovern Entrepreneur Award and the Martin Trust Fellow Award. Prior to MIT, he graduated from Harvard University with a Masters in Public Policy.
