Ingrid began her career doing Private Equity in Argentina and she later moved into management consulting with McKinsey & Company. During her tenure at McKinsey, Ingrid worked across a broad range of industries, including retail, banking and telecommunications in North and South America as well as Europe.
She specialized in transformational processes such as post-merger management, operations transformation, cultural change and new strategy implementation. Since leaving McKinsey, Ingrid has been working with Silicon Valley and Boston area start-ups as well as consulting on projects in Europe and the Middle East.
In her growing consulting practice, she provides facilitation, training, and coaching services to help organizations and individuals grow consciously. Recently, Ingrid has been designing and delivering transformational learning experiences to accelerate participant’s career development and impact, while also training faculty in these techniques. Among others, she has run programs for Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC), Prince Sultan University, Saudi Ministry of Labor and Saudi Public Investment Fund.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Ingrid studied Finance and Economics in Argentina and completed her MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management where she specialized in Leadership Development and innovative methods of complex problem solving.
