Jeff Anderson has over 15 years of experience in business development and sales in Asia, North America and Europe.

Since 2011 Jeff has run business development and operations at Manus Bio, a synthetic biology spinout from MIT, that he helped start and launch with $25M in non-dilutive capital from early adopting customers. Jeff has played a pivotal role in growing the company from (1) a classroom idea to (2) a technology company to (3) a product company; and he is currently responsible for all non-technical functions; including business development, finance, strategy and operations. That said, his passion is business development and sales.

Prior to Manus Bio, Jeff worked in business development at the AP Moller Maersk Group where he set numerous sales records and ranked the highest grossing business developer globally. Jeff expanded product lines into new industries, developed a novel sales approach and landed record breaking sales three times more profitable than the global average.

Jeff has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and a MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
