I found my people.
The Bootcamp was the one thing that really helped me to take my business to the next level.
Christian J. Hoffmann
Sleep is for the weak, oversleeping is for the fearless.
The bootcamp is a wakeup call that all academics, regardless of discipline, should attend.
It really challenged me. But the interesting thing about it was it was a great deal of fun.
The bootcamp will push you to a new edge where you'll find strength previously unrealized.

A thriving community of entrepreneurs from across the globe.
I explained to many people, the bootcamp was like a 2 year business school for me, and even more than that. It literally transformed me, to innovate and think differently.

Feb 2018 – MIT Innovation & Entrepreneurship Bootcamp
Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
In February 2018, MIT Bootcamps will return to Brisbane to offer its first MIT Innovation & Entrepreneurship Bootcamp on technology-enabled sustainability, with a focus on the environment, agriculture, and mining. We will bring together 60-90 innovators from across the world to focus on global challenges of strategic importance to the State of Queensland.
Admission to MIT Bootcamps is highly selective and based on the following criteria: initiative and follow through, open and critical thinking, capacity for calculated risk, and focus on community. Bootcampers have found cofounders and launched startups from the Bootcamps; from the first five courses (2014 to 2017), they have raised over USD $48m in funding for their ventures. In March 2017, MIT Bootcamps brought together 118 innovators from 35 countries (including 38 from Australia) to Brisbane for the fifth MIT Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp in March 2017.
“I can simply say that the MIT bootcamp I attended was life changing and continues to provide value to my professional and personal life years after I attended. The experience itself will transform you. It was one of the hardest things I've done in my life and I rock climb and compete in cross country eventing on a 17-hand Thoroughbred ex-racehorse. It was one of those experiences where at some point you'll whisper to yourself "If I survive this, I can do anything," and that feeling will stay with you. It has opened career opportunities I would not have expected and allowed me to build social capital I could not have without the global reach of the MIT brand. I have also found friendships with incredibly smart and talented people from every corner of the globe that I reconnect with every chance I get.” — Renee Rock, Class 1
