After attending the inaugural MIT Bootcamp program, he co-founded Global Entrepreneurs, a social enterprise with a mission to engage aspiring entrepreneurs around the world and equip them with the tools to bring about economic change and growth. This work is now integrated into the MIT Bootcamps.
Prior to joining MIT, Andrew worked with private and public partnerships to create systems that help people find their way in college campuses, retail, healthcare and in one of North America’s largest transit systems.
Andrew is a graduate of the York University/ Sheridan College’s Program in Design, a highly specialized Design program that blends innovation, academic rigor and interdisciplinary collaboration. During his studies, he developed a highly engaging mentoring program for international students that quintupled enrolment. For this achievement, Andrew was awarded the York International award for internationalizing education.
